stage fright

reach sch at 1pm to attend pw course.
i tink i have serious stage fright.
hais.
how can i overcome it?

my cough is bad lar.
until i pant like wad sial.
now have fever again.
so sick of getting sick alr.
i want to get well.

AND my leg.
my damn leg.
still in pain lor.
doctor told me it may take up to 6 weeks to get totally well,
meanwhile i CANNOT jump.
wad sial.
6 weeks.
do you think the p.e teacher will believe?
